Auto Sachet Packer Machine

Auto sachet packer machine is a combination of robots and sachet production systems. By making a machine to support the product envelopes that come out of the customer's machine. When the product packet flows through the conveyor belt, will flow into the modula belt. The robot will pick up empty boxes and place them at the packing point. Then the suction head will suck up the product envelope and place it on both sides of the buffer when it has been placed as scheduled. A robot will come in and pick up the envelopes and fold them. put it in the box Then the box where the robot places the package. Complete as specified per box. The box will flow through the conveyor and the lid will be automatically folded.

Working of the Auto sachet packer machine
1. Product envelopes flow into the modula belt.
2.Vaccum pad sucks the rubber envelope and places it on Buffer A,B according to the amount specified in the program.
3.Robot clamps folded product envelopes.
4.Robot moves the product packets to the box.
5. The box flows through the conveyor and the box cover is folded by a push cylinder.
